Members can manage or cancel access through the account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation timing may depend on the active PayPal subscription state.
Refund requests should include account email, payment date, PayPal transaction reference if available, and a short explanation. Requests are reviewed case by case.
If a duplicate charge, failed activation, or PayPal mismatch occurs, contact support so the payment event and member account can be reviewed.
Before launch, confirm live PayPal plan names, billing amounts, cancellation language, and refund windows match the active PayPal configuration.
